Nancy Popp

Dr. Popp is a developmental psychologist and coach. Her work with Constructive-developmental theory began while studying at Harvard with Robert Kegan, and she is now is among the nation's foremost experts and trainers on CD-theory's methodological instrument, the Subject-Object Interview. Her early research explored development among ABE/ESL learners as a member of NCSALL's adult development research group. More recently, her academic work has focused on the field of conflict studies, including co-authoring "Integral Conflict: The New Science of Conflict" published by SUNY Press in 2016. She currently enjoys supporting clients' growth through her private developmental coaching practice.
