Hetal Ascher currently works for WIDA at the University of Wisconsin- Madison as a Professional Learning Specialist. She has over ten years of experience teaching multilingual learners in various settings. She has volunteered with various professional organizations such as TESOL International in various capacities, and she has an MA in ESL Education with Reading from Hamline University and a BA in ESL Education K-12 from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul.
