Magdy Rabeaa is a charter school executive director with expertise in academic performance and school management. He has worked with English language programs, special education, and district-level assessment, school operations, and testing programs. Having served for many years as an administrator in high-performing charter schools, Magdy brings much relevant expertise to Success Academy charter school. He holds a Master in Education and has ELL and K-12 Principal licenses. He served on charter school boards and the Novation Education Opportunities (NEO) board, a Minnesota single-purpose Charter School Authorizer.
