Nasiba Norova is a Ph.D. student in Applied Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts Boston, specializing in L2 composition and bilingual education. She also works as a research assistant and ESL instructor at UMass Boston. Her research interests include resident L2 students’ writing performance, Global/World Englishes, racial literacy, and critical pedagogy.
