Sumia Sabrie is a PSEO student at South Central College and a senior at Mankato East High School. Currently, she serves as a tutor at the Academic Support Center and supports multilingual students in their English composition and other courses. From her youth, she has been interested in sharing her story through written word. She has won multiple awards at writing contests such as the Laws of Life Essay Contest and the Deep Valley Book festival. Her family of nine provides her with the support and advice needed to be successful. She hopes to write even bigger pieces in the future.
