Stephanie D’Costa, PhD, is a licensed child psychologist in Oakland, CA. Her research has focused on increasing educational opportunities for cultural and linguistically diverse students. She holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her BA in Human Development from California State University in Long Beach, CA where she focused on Language development in relation to academic success.
