Catherine Clements is a Lecturer at the University of Minnesota, and a past English Language Specialist for the U.S. Department of State. Kate has a PhD in Learning Technologies and an MA in ESL. Kate’s research interests include computer-assisted language learning, virtual exchanges, and technology implementation in low-resource environments.
