Fernanda Marinho Kray, Ph.D., served as content lead for the WIDA ELD Standards, 2020 Edition, coordinating ELD Standards Team development work. Fernanda has authored an array of materials in the field of education and directed various local and large-scale policy and practice-oriented projects, frequently collaborating with practitioners and scholars from across the globe. Building on her own multilingual experience, Fernanda develops critical perspectives and pedagogies for multilingual learners.
