Kristin Klas, M.Ed., is an ESL instructor at Hmong American Partnership in St. Paul, MN. She received her TEFL certificate from North Central University and her Masters in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota. Kristin also has an Adult Basic Education license. She has 8 years of experience teaching and volunteering in English as a second language classrooms. Kristin has taught the literacy level class at HAP for 5 years and has focused her studies and professional development on teaching adult English language learners with limited formal education. Kristin is a co-chair for the 2014 and 2015 MELEd Conferences.
