Marion Pasricha is a doctoral student in the TESOL program at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include dual language education, foreign language teaching, and bilingualism. She has been teaching German and French at Daytona State College since 2009. Born and brought up in Germany to Indian parents, she received her master’s degree in French and German Studies with a minor in English from the University of Cologne. She was raised bilingual with Panjabi spoken at home and German as the language of her native country and is a proponent for bilingual and dual language education.
