Meghan Love is an elementary ESOL educator in the Fort Mill School District, South Carolina, with over sixteen years of experience teaching multilingual learners in grades K–5. She holds master’s degrees in English as a Second Language and Learning Design and Technology. Her work centers on linguistically and multimodally responsive instruction, asset-based approaches to multilingualism, and the use of learning design and technology to create equitable learning experiences. She currently serves as the district’s elementary Lead ESOL Teacher, providing support to 21 ESOL teachers and content area colleagues while continuing to teach multilingual learners.
