Noelle Hye Seung Roubinek (B.A., Bethel University; M.A., St. Cloud State University; M.A.I.S., University of Washington, Seattle) is a current Literacy Education Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota. She currently is an English language instructor to middle and high school students at Sejong Academy in St. Paul, MN.
