Sara J. Goldberg is a practitioner and educational specialist in the area of language acquisition. In this role, she provides support for multilingual learners, families, and schools in the state of Wisconsin. She is pursuing an Ed.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Educational Sustainability in conjunction with the Wisconsin Director of Instruction licensure program at Viterbo University. Her research and over 15 years in the field of education has centered around strengthening educational equity and global citizenship initiatives in formal and informal learning environments through projects that explore language, culture and context in rural and urban communities.
