Teresa Shume, Assistant Professor in the School of Education at North Dakota State University, teaches ELL education classes as well as other teacher education coursework. A former high school teacher, Teresa holds a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning from the University of North Dakota, an M.Ed. from the University of Utah, and undergraduate degrees in secondary education and biology from Université de Saint-Boniface, a French-language university located in Winnipeg, Canada.
