Dr. Walter Aminger is an Assistant Professor of Science Education at Nevada State University. He has over 15 years of experience as a student and teacher of science/education and has taught K-12 sciences as well as undergraduate and graduate science education/pedagogy courses. He enjoys working with pre-service k-12 teachers and supporting culturally and linguistically diverse learners. His interests include reform-based instruction in STEM education, especially in terms of equity, multilingual learners, and teacher preparation.
