Katherine McNulty (she/her) has served the multilingual learner community as a teacher, district and school administrator, and adjunct professor for the past 19 years. She is currently an Assistant Principal in Minneapolis Public Schools. As a native east coaster, she began her teaching career in Brooklyn, New York as a New York City Teaching Fellow. After relocating to Minneapolis, she has taught and led programs as an Instructional Coach and Director of ESL & Bilingual Programming for close to five thousand students. Her specific passions are to create sustainable program models rooted in student individuality, assessment, and culturally relevant pedagogy.
