Kate McNulty is an instructional coach for the Elementary English Learner Teachers in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. In her role as instructional coach, McNulty has facilitated district professional development, department PLCs, curriculum writing, and provided one-on-one coaching. Prior to her coaching and teaching roles in Anoka-Hennepin School District, she taught in ESL in Brooklyn, NY as an New York City Teaching Fellow.
